Design & Planning
We are always looking to push the boundaries of the design to develop cost effective, desirable living units to satisfy any client brief. Our planning teams have excellent relationships with local councils which gives a greater understanding to what they are looking to achieve in the boroughs, enabling us to target our designs to minimise the risk throughout the planning stages.
Purchasing
THD has long term, trusted relationships with many national and independent suppliers ensuring the best price and service. We recognise we are only as good as our entire supply chain therefore THD spends a lot of time and effort maintaining relationships with suppliers / subcontractors educating them in our way of approaching construction, leading to a fluid supply of materials and labour minimising risk to programme.
Technical & Construction
Our production team constantly communicate with build control officers, Secure by Design officers, Premier Build Warranty, NHBC ( Change to Warranty Providers), Robust Details and Breeam Add ( & CFsh) to ensure all of our projects are completely compliant with all the bodies of distinction within the construction industry. Understanding that building these relationships with these bodies and managing their expectations along with our Stakeholders will mitigate many number of associated risks and leading to a “Perfect Delivery”.
