Having initially had planning permission for 4,000 sqft of commercial premises over two floors, Total Homes chose to apply for a change of use to residential and on the issuing of consent turned them into 6 private apartments. The conversion works on the building have now been completed and the flats have been retained by the company and form part of their rental portfolio.
