Total Homes and Developments have secured a sire adjacent to Edenbridge Town station with the benefit of planning permission for 38 residential homes comprising 19 apartments and 19 houses as well as two new commercial buildings totalling c6,700 sqft. Construction is due to commence in Spring 2024 with completion scheduled towards the end of 2025.
