Total Homes purchased this site, in Sundridge Park, with the benefit of planning permission for 10 private apartments. The building, which was previously used as a hostel was subsequently demolished and construction commenced in January 2021. Despite the arrival of Covid during the construction phase and the trials and tribulations that came with it, Total Homes were able to keep disruption to a minimum and finish the project with minimal delays. After selling 6 of the apartments, Total Homes decided to keep the remaining 4 apartments and add them to their ever-increasing rental portfolio.
